Huh, I had ZERO problem using points at my local dealer to get an oil change, and 5 tire rotation (after I lessened up the service dept that the Bronco spare does indeed have a sensor in it, and they researched it and agreed with me, lol).
Off the top of my head, I can think of the Escape. I had a 2005 and it was a great SUV. It's no longer an SUV. Probably the only reason they released the Bronco Sport was to recapture that market. Also the latest iterations of the Mustang are horrid, like late 70's-80's Mustangs.
Going only from the information provided in your post, it appears you placed a reservation, but never converted that to an order. If this is the case, the fault if yours, and not Fords.
Hate to ask a stupid question, but are these to replace the factory bolts that hold the hard top on the body? If so, that is awesome, and I'll be looking to buy a set soon!
I was heading to the Black Hills last Friday with some buddies for a weekend of beer, cigars, and cards when I got a text from my dealer with pics attached! I almost made us turn around and head back! It arrived 2 weeks early!
Reserved 7/18/21, ordered 9/7/21, reordered 10/18/21, scheduled...
For any dealer add-on's this is what you say, nicely "Can you show me on any contract that I've signed that I agreed to that?", they can't, so they can't charge you for it. Don't ask for the sales manager, ask to talk to the finance manager and ask the same question.
This was clearly built by Ford, so they had unlimited parts. Look at the picture of the actual Bronco- it's a manufacturer's plate. Looks awesome though.
I reserved 7/21, ordered 9/21, reordered when pushed to MY22 10/21. I ordered just about every constraint there was. MIC, 2.7, bash plate, tow, tailgate table, etc, etc. I wanted exactly what I wanted and was determined to wait for it...and wait for it...and wait for it. I got discouraged...
