@broncoepic that is one of my favorite trails, Partly because you can make it more difficult or less difficult with various lines that are available. Glad you had a great time!👍
Hopefully I’ll see you on the trails whenever I get my Bronco.
I know it’s fun to bash the other brands to defend your loyalty to your new purchase. I have a Bronco on eternal order and have owned Jeeps in the past and seeing the manual guy in his keep brought back so many memories of guys with the old school mentality. Same guys that didn’t want antilock...
I saw this bumper in person at super celebration West and I do have to say it’s a damn nice bumper. The bumper is modular you can get the brush guard separate. The width is fixed and was designed with their fenders in mind. I did take a couple pictures although not great pictures. I’ll also say...
The ability to lock the front in the Bronco without the rear being locked is major. I had a couple of Wrangler Rubicons however you could not lock the front without the rear (Without a wiring mod ;)) so having this out of the box is great.
I think the other thread must be more important because it has 3 countem exclamation points and this one only has 2.😜
A Note to the 2-Door Brigade: We Get It Already!!!
4DR Auto order here, ultimate mall crawler 🖕:)
Just because you have 400hp doesn't mean you use it on the trail. You can easily snap a front axle with the factory HP in the right situation. I for one am all for more power on the street. Being able to go up Loveland pass in Colorado with a trailer and cargo and maybe even pass someone without...
Agreed, the right rear looked like it but if it was hanging on to a rock ledge with 1/4 of the tire width it would deform the tire pretty easily. We probably won't know unless they tell us 😁
Somewhat depends on the wheel and tire combination. A narrower wheel with a wider tire (within reason obviously) can help with keeping the bead seated. Some wheels have a little more agressive bead lip. I aired down to under 10PSI with Goodyear MTRs on cheap steel wheels.
A little disappointed that this isn't at least Nodular for the price.
Could be a clearance issue with the tremor, maybe due to the larger tires things were moved around and upward travel would have clearance issues?
The 4600 build they showed at king of the hammers has portal boxes. You can get height without impacting cv angles. Not sure about cost or aftermarket availability.
You certainly could if they were not being used as actual beadlock rings. It would kind of defeat the purpose though, typically these beauty rings are meant to be sacrificial so they get scratched and beat up and not the actual wheel.
Just throwing this out there, if you are planning to take your Bronco in the Rocks, raw "Beauty Rings" are the way to go unless you want to touch up your colored rings after every wheeling trip. If you want colored rings and don't care if they are scratched up then (y)
