  1. I like IKE: 2 door Bronco tow test.

That's why I bought the extended receiver versus using an extended hitch insert. It drags on some approaches/departures...but I made a skid plate insert to resolve.
  2. FIXED: Headlights turning on when switched off

I'm waiting on my switch to come in...been on order over a week. It's definitely a warranty item. I brought the paperwork from the beginning of this post and they didn't even hesitate.
  3. FIXED: Headlights turning on when switched off

Um, it should have been 42K (vehicle purchase) + the "bonus" 20K (Bronco reservation thank you).
  4. Alternator 100% destroyed from mudding

I think that's what just happened to me today! We went trail riding today. Hit a few bogs, but nothing even remotely serious, as mud would go, got home, washed all my under-carriage with my pressure washer. Let it sit for probably an hour. Took off to eat dinner, got probably 15mi from the house...
  5. Retro spare tire cover!

Our's is holding up pretty good. I made the mistake of spraying my spare down with a "tire wet" product prior to putting it on...and it bled through...in the tread pattern. 😆

  10. Forscan unlocks all GOAT modes with any Bronco model trim! How-to DIY instructions

Not really, except my "auto" headlights just randomly come on every now and again.
  11. Forscan unlocks all GOAT modes with any Bronco model trim! How-to DIY instructions

It's "tow/haul" for the Bronco. That's really the only time I use it!
  12. Anybody have Bronco buyer's remorse and why?

We live close to San Antonio and just got back from a 2600 mile trip to Utah and back in our 2dr Badlands. Good on and off-road manners. Decent mileage for being a brick and PLENTY comfortable!
  13. Anybody have Bronco buyer's remorse and why?

We have a base BL/2dr. Very easy to clean up! Went to the TX during a very wet weekend. Mud, sand, grass...all over the interior. It was pretty rough. Got home, only took about an hour to have it looking like new again.
  14. Anybody have Bronco buyer's remorse and why?

I have the opposite reason for wanting two. My wife really loves hers...and she doesn't want to share. Lol...
  15. Anybody have Bronco buyer's remorse and why?

Just posting a comment I saw the other day: While you may be able to cook a hamburger faster in a microwave, than on a grill; who really wants that burger?
  16. Anybody have Bronco buyer's remorse and why?

...and that is our problem too!
  17. Anybody have Bronco buyer's remorse and why?

...and the short gas pedal. But I fixed that!
  18. Forscan unlocks all GOAT modes with any Bronco model trim! How-to DIY instructions

Strange thing...we are road tripping right now in our 2DR Badland w/2.7 auto. When heading north out of the hill country of Texas, couldn't get but 16-18mpg...until we starting getting into some altitude! Once we made it to about Clovis, NM. The rest of the way into Utah, we have been averaging...
  19. Forscan unlocks all GOAT modes with any Bronco model trim! How-to DIY instructions

I'm late to this thread for sure. But unless any of the "void your warranty" folks have actually been denied service/warranty work...well, you know the old saying about opinions. I have been down this road with 2 diesels over "plug and play" tuners. One of the tuners ABSOLUTELY changed the...
  20. Forscan unlocks all GOAT modes with any Bronco model trim! How-to DIY instructions

I'm sorry, but you proved everyone's point on this entire thread with that flow chart. "Enabling" a module that already exists within a system, is a far cry from "modifying OEM calibration". The "OEM Calibration" already exists within that vehicle's (VIN) computer. No one has altered or...
