I used this exact weather stripping! It made a world of difference. I highly recommend. I need to get some of that tubing to to eliminate the flapping in high winds.
I just resolve this issue yesterday!
Just as others have mentioned as their resolution. I made sure the entire assembly is pushed towards the rear of the bronco. This is for the rear seals. The latch strikers were adjusted towards the front. This gets a tighter latch. The amount of adjusting...
I have a 22 Big Bend 2 door and I am having the same problem. I have adjusted all ways possible and the outcome is the same. It is only on the passenger side where the top meets the windshield. No air is coming in. The only thing I see from the outside is the accessory connection areas above the...
I admit I mixed you two up. So that means my last response was directed at you. Your example does not show an improvement in EV charging. Not that it hasn't improved just not the way you described.
I guess you didn't notice I was commenting on Sherminator and not you. He was comparing 2 different cars with different charging capabilities to show how charging has improved. The ionic 5 has DC fast charging and the Volt doesn't. That's all i am saying. For the record DC fast charging has been...
Well you were comparing a PHEV to an EV. If you own a Volt you have the gas engine to kick in. I have a Chevy Bolt and use a level 2 charger to charge it full every night with no issues.
First of all the Volt can only go that far in EV mode anyway since it's PHEV. The only way an Ionic 5 will charge that fast is when using a DC fast charger. Nobody has these at their house. The Volt could charge faster using the same method of it where available but is unnecessary.
I was hoping to find the models already designed. I tried to design my own from scratch today and it became a little too time consuming for me. I went ahead and purchased the UPR ones instead.
After I had already made the purchase I found these...
How did you remove and re-attach the letters to the grille? I just got a grille like yours and noticed the letters plastic weld (melted) on the back side. Or did you just get replacement letters from somewhere?
I recently purchased an aftermarket grille from an auction. It is a copy of the Wildtrak or Everglades grille. I got a really good deal ($50). The only thing is it didn't come with the letters. The factory ones need to be drilled or melt the plastic rivets for removal. I don't want to go this...
So mine sounds the same and I have always been concerned about it. It's a very diesel like sound. Seems too loud for a brand new engine. I haven't had my first oil change yet.
