I believe they're the mediums, yeah. I think the large would be better on the passenger side but my wife and I just did an 800 Mike road trip and rotated driving and the holders worked great in both seats

I didn't do the screws at the end. I think with the full rail it would probably be needed but it feels like with the half rail it's pretty secure. I've tried some others as well but they either blocked my vent or the screen. It's a big difference coming from an F250
