Everyone’s experience seems different. Mine took exactly four months to the day from built to delivered. 3-1/2 of those months were spent “Awaiting Shipment”. But once it moved, I had it in less than two weeks.
It makes me very sad to see 2023 Broncos (that were literally blended three weeks ago) for sale on dealer lots. Meanwhile, ours continue to sit in a train yard somewhere in Michigan. My 2022 Bronco was supposedly blended 110 days ago.
I’ve called Ford Marketing and opened numerous cases on this. I always get the same worthless lip service and no explanation as to why there are thousands of 2023 Broncos on the street but my 2022 is stuck and deteriorating in a train yard in Michigan.
Ford tells me to rely on my dealer. My...
I was an 11/16 blend, declared built on 11/29. Model year 2022. Still “Awaiting Shipment” with movement or answers. I’ve stopped paying attention to the ETA’s, they’re automatically generated and mean nothing.
I did find one OBX in Florida over the weekend that was almost an exact match to my build. Only thing it was missing was the roof rack. It was listed at $6,500 over sticker. I offered MSRP, they said no. Someone else bought it the next day. ☹
It’s a mixed bag. There are tons of Broncos out there built after mine that have been delivered. Literally, if it’s a 2023 model, it was built after mine.
Customer Relations told me those delivery dates are automatically generated based on the assumption your vehicle is about to ship. If it doesn’t, the system just changes the date. My original window started the week before Christmas and has been steadily pushing out ever since.
Wow, that’s even more unbelievable than mine. I’m staying the course for now unless I find an available build I’m happy with at a decent price. Not much choice otherwise.
