I have the stage 3 and planning to manually remove the front sway bar for an upcoming Moab trip. I know Icon's travel numbers are more than others. Has anyone experienced any CV axle issues with the sway bar removed? Under full droop, the CV's look to be at extreme angles.
I have the same issue, noise coming specifically from the driver's side only. I even double checked the heims to make sure they were tight. It was getting so annoying because every shift in weight or bump would cause clicking sounds. I eventually removed them and went back to stock and no...
I've not gone recently to JB or Holcomb. I did Gold Mountain when the bronco was all stock and performed pretty well.
I've had toyota 4x4's up until now - 4runner, FJ, tacoma and still have a tundra.
Let me know if you're around on the weekends and I'd be down to hit up John Bull.
KMC Terras in blue - 17x8.5 with 0 offset on 37s bfg ko2s
The wheels are only 24 lbs and tires are 64lbs - only 4 pounds more each than stock sasquatch wheels/tires.
Had to get hub rings to remove the vibration I was getting. Overall very happy with this package.

I just ordered the Icon stage 3 as well and was debating between 35's or 37's. Are you getting any tire rub with your set up? Any trimming or did you have to order the Icon bump stop spacers to fit the 37's?
There's certainly room to adjust it tighter like the photo on their website, but I intentionally left a little more space as the frame can flex under extreme articulation, causing the bumper to potentially hit the body.
