I was there with and it is unfortunate to see this happen. At least 50 other 6G Broncos were on that same exact trail within the hour. What made this worse is the was zero cell service for any provider and it would have been an unsafe situation had there not been an entire group on that trail...
These are pretty nice and solid. I only had to use shims on the driver side rear door to bring the latch higher for better alignment but they do provide extra shims if needed. You can also use washers for shims if you opt to.
Hey guys, I'm looking for some input from anyone who has replaced their rear diff cover as far as how to remove 2 brake line brackets that are mounted on 2 of the diff cover bolts. It's not a smaller screw that you remove through that hole so I'm hoping someone has done this before as its not...
On my BadSas, I went on a 10-hr roadtrip and I noticed quite a bit of hoodflap to the point of checking it, thinking I left my hood unsecured but it was not. Its not the most aerodynamic vehicle and offroad tires don't help quelling the vibration at 70+ mph so it is normal to see hood flaps. I...
Ok here's my Badlands which was delivered on 10-Aug.
Its just been over 2 weeks and has been in the shop for a few days getting some upgrades installed. I was able to finally get the doors and panels off to take her out. The wait has been worth it and plan on taking her out on the trail at...
Yep and if it were a youtube channel for Baja racing, the Wrangler would have had zero chance compared to the Bronco. Their comparison was for a rock-crawling machine after putting in 20k+ in upgrades. A stock Badlands will go anywhere a stock Rubicon will.
Nice thing about being higher is the cars totally have their bumpers miss you completely while yours just kind of "crumples" the "crumpable" parts like headlights hoods radiators and fans.. :D
Looks like my Bronco was finally delivered to the dealership yesterday.
First indication? They always slap a "retail price" on their website. They did this with my wife's Bronco back in April '22 also. They tack on an extra 10-15k on their website and I suppose this is what they would sell...
Wife works in a place with unsavory characters based on her last vehicle so we opted for the biggest door guards found! She has a 2" lift with 35s and OEM steps are good against cars but other SUVs are still withing "door-ding reach" so these door guards helps.
I'm not far from there either and we learned you have to keep vehicles out of the street and driveway, and store in garage to reduce risk, and keep keys in a faraday box. We also have Ring all over the place including our driveway to alert us of any movement 24x7. I've been in Colorado since...
::raises hand: Mine came off the train on 8/2 (train car was emptied on this date) and my Bronco has been sitting at a "Union Pacific Auto Unload Facility" since, waiting for a truck to take it 10 miles to my dealership. Ford has pushed my EDD out 8 times now but currently sitting at...
Good point! Mine was denied for the first time when they loaded it on the train last week. I requested another activation as I should see another deny message again once they unload it and drive it to the dealership.
Thanks for the confirmation; I now have the F97 on order for my BL-Sas. I was on the fence with 37s due to rubbing issues but your post helped me decide to get 37s with this kit.
So I was looking up Zone Lift Kits and found the 4" lift are for Non-Sasquatch editions. Is your WT possibly equipped with the 3" Zone lift kit for Sas equipped Broncos? I'm assuming you are counting the 3" lift from the kit and the 1" lift from the Sas package?
Well it's about time (for me at least). I am now off that "waiting to ship" tracker...I'm shipped! It's finally happening; I got my status email at 4:50 AM EDT. My final 5-10 days of waiting for delivery date :)
well...I knew my 3rd EDD date of 7/14 couldn't hold water. As of this morning, my 4th EDD is now 7/25. Glad to see that there are at least some deliveries being made every week for this group.
