  1. Carbon Fenders?

A buddy picked up a set, they actually look really nice.
  2. Carbon Fenders?

I believe these are even more expensive. $1000 for front and rear each.
  3. Tie Rod Sleeve (LevelUp Suspension)

Looks like that link is broken they are here: https://www.levelupsuspension.com/products/ford-bronco-tierod-sleeve-21-bronco
  4. Badlands 4 Door NON-SAS suspension lift kit Options

I would agree here, however Bilstein and some others list the 6100s for Sasquatch and Badlands models only though (see link below)? I believe since these use the stock springs the lower spring shape is different for models with that come with base shocks and Bilstein shocks...
  5. Carbon Fenders?

Yeah I'll be honest I don't think its for the thrash and bash off-roader. That said they do use rivnuts and bolt on so they won't be that easy to steal but still possible.
  6. Carbon Fenders?

They actual are all carbon layers, no fiberglass. Haha fair enough but who doesn't like carbon fiber.
  7. Carbon Fenders?

Anybody tried these? https://www.levelupsuspension.com/products/comoosite-offroad-bronco-sasquatch-fenders-4-wide-21-bronco?fbclid=IwAR06bss3Ei06RshJ45TsXSN4CsD29uLTzhgmqI2weSEX0fUbeaFdgMbBxUc They come in stock 4" and 6" (+2" from stock) widths.
  8. Fabtech Tie Rod Replacement

I'd say in addition to any issues you may have with the kit, rod ends also require a lot more maintenance and will wear much quicker. I'd say your better off with a quality tie rod sleeve and retaining the factory tie rod end ball joint. I ordered these ones...
  9. How-To-Install the JKS Tie Rod Sleeves

My thoughts exactly, I like these shorter ones that don't cover the adjustment spot. https://www.levelupsuspension.com/products/level-up-suspension-tie-rod-sleeves-21-bronco They also came with a little packet of anti-seize
  10. Anyone tested these Tie Rod Sleeves?

I like that the shorter sleeve still allows you to access the flats on the tie rod so you can actually align it without vice grips lol. I also think it leaves a weak point in the tie rod so that if you really mess up the tie rod will still bend instead of possibly damaging the rack.
  11. Anyone tested these Tie Rod Sleeves?

Yeah that was my point originally though with paint or powder coat there is likely not any on the threads. Any paint or coating on the threads would be too thick allowing them to not thread on so they are likely raw. Eventually raw threads will lead to rusting to the tie rod. I honestly think...
  12. Anyone tested these Tie Rod Sleeves?

Yep that does change that the inside of the JKS sleeves look like they are raw mild steel?
  13. Anyone tested these Tie Rod Sleeves?

The difference here between a stainless steel fastener and a stainless steel tie rod sleeve to me is how much its being tightened. A faster is usually torqued to a specified amount, which can cause galling of the threads. Here the sleeve is being used as a nut. If you ask any good alignment...

  15. Exploring off-the-shelf tie rod upgrades

I had stainless tie rod sleeves on my Colorado for years with anti seize and never had any issues. This kit comes with antiseize as well. I really think the JKS raw threads will be even worse over time... The difference here between a stainless steel fastener and a stainless steel tie rod...
  16. Exploring off-the-shelf tie rod upgrades

I ended up ordering these: https://www.levelupsuspension.com/products/level-up-suspension-tie-rod-sleeves-21-bronco I was worried that the JKS threads were not coated (or any powdercoat/paint that was one them would come off when they were installed) and would rust and seize over time. The...
  17. Anyone tested these Tie Rod Sleeves?

These look fine but I bought Stainless Steel ones instead, I was worried the clear zinc would rust. The stainless steel will avoid corrosion much better.
