ADV offered me a full refund if I wanted one. They have committed to ship our top by the end of February. I spoke with the owner directly and felt a bit more confident.

Sounds like we are all giving them an interest free loan. I am going to let mine hit the 1 year mark before I file a formal complaint. I will start with the BBB and then I will follow-up with the FTC to address the financial implications. At this point a simple refund just won't do.

We ordered ours in October of 2022 and every month the delivery has pushed out since April. Yesterday (6/27/23) I was informed that I can expect delivery in September 2023 :-(

The latest ETD for my hard top is now late June :-(

Received an email from Advanced Fiberglass 4/21 that the rubber order to complete the assembly process has finally shipped. I guess in about 3-months we will get an email saying the rubber has been received. 2 more months and the hard top order will be longer than the original Bronco order...

I reached out to Advanced Fiberglass today (3/21/23) and they have still not received the rubber they need to complete the assembly process. They expect to have the rubber within a few weeks and then they need an additional few weeks for assembly. Sounds like March shipment is slipping to May :-(

We are waiting for our Hardtop from Advanced Fiberglass too :-( Our original estimated delivery was January 2023 and we did get the notice on 12/27 regarding the gasket material. We are not getting any more information that that from at the moment. Coincidently I have a business trip that...

Ours has finally arrived at the dealer.....we can't pick it up until they clean it up Monday morning but we did get to take it for a test drive :-)

My wife paid for the Bronco , so I can get a CyberTruck :rolleyes: I still get to drive it though :cool:

We are in the same situation......our dealer is about 20 miles further from the plant. The dealer and chat are telling us an ETA of 7/10 (Sunday ??).... Do you have a link to the Backdoor App ?

Maybe you can file a complaint with the BBB. Businesses don't seem to like their BBB ratings affected.

Today the CHAT person revised my ETA to 7/14 :-( I am hoping they are just telling me that so I stop bugging them every day :-P

We are in the same boat except the CHAT person told me ETA to release the hold was 6/14 - 6/22... I hope to more info tomorrow ..

I am so jealous.... my dealer called me two weeks ago and said it was coming in the next 2 days so I setup insurance and financing. Two days later he called and said is was on transit hold.... I am still waiting for an updated delivery day :-(
