Just got mine mounted up and my only concern with the gap was the tiny chance of the bumper’s lower lip pushing something like a branch down just enough to slip in and hit the intercooler. Kept a little cut out of the plastic skid to cover that one vulnerable spot.
I looked at them first, among others, and they ended up pricier powdercoated to the door. Not to mention lead time puts their arrival into early fall.
Thanks @GoatFab - 7 business days from order to shipment email, feel like I lucked out!
Happy with these for the price. One minor scuff on inside of 1 rim, but packaging was sturdy as stated previously. Balanced relatively well with 315/70R17 C KO2’s.
Appreciate the update! I just ordered a set of gunmetal myself. About a week ship time? Did they come with hub rings? Just curious since they seem to specify the SKU I ordered for a Bronco.
Would love to see some pics when installed! Less offset than I was aiming for but at that price I'm...
Anyone running these on a 2 door? I’ve tracked down every install here I could find and hadn’t seen any. Bilstein doesn’t list them for 2 door - too heavy of a spring weight? If so, are people expecting them coming down the line?
Is the Eibach setup the go-to for around 2” of lift with stock UCAs?
Just picked mine up from the dealer, they confirmed part number(s) have changed and they have no idea of an ETA. 2-3 months wouldn’t be surprising. I am glad I’ve at least started documentation of the problem.
Dropped mine off this morning. Service department said they had one other in for same, and parts are on back order. Doesn’t sound like any hold on the TSB is official yet.
I’ve paused my wheel search since the Roswell got discontinued… this is a dream setup if it comes to market. Offset would let me run 285s right where my stock 255s sit right now. In theory they could be cheaper than their forged bead locks.
