I love the tight turning radius and easy maneuverability of the 2-door. It has great on-road manners at normal highway speeds yet is quite nimble and fun to drive at low speeds in the city. I have heard that the 4-door rides on-road like any well-mannered mid-sized SUV but have not driven one...
Yikes! I did not know that non-post machined were backed up as well. I can't be sure, but orders for post-machined perhaps go back to May, mine was June 6th for #3760. I believe that the priority should shift to order date whatever version the customer ordered at this point. I acknowledge in a...
Thank you for the update. I am biased but I believe it is best to get all of the long-standing (12+ weeks?) post-machined orders out before any other more recent non-post machined orders. I will be waiting with bated breath - hope to get it before the snow flies in Minnesota!
To EIGHTLUG:
I can understand that the post-machined parts are turning out to be more complicated and time-consuming than originally planned. BTW, I hope that you left some stubbies on the original machined parts for further machine fixturing on those that were destined for post-machining.

Until you take a Sunday drive with your almost 4-year old granddaughter and she asks you to keep it until she learns to drive. Her Dad (my son owns a Tesla!). MY 96 Land cruiser went 16.5 bullet proof years and the manhandling of three kids growing up, so fingers crossed on this one! Note the...
I personally love the trail sights! All the iconic vehicles I have driven have some feature that "guides" your sense of awareness of where the car is pointing - not that you actually need it, but to me it makes the connection to the vehicle more intuitive and cool. I can't explain why and it...
Looks like my build date has amounts the highest failures and those were quite low mileage as well. It is not my daily driver until winter, But I am worried about it failing in the middle of winter and being stranded. It sounds crazy but I feel like I should put some miles on it in the warm...
I have American Family Insurance and with the house, and three cars in MN and no speeding tickets for over 10 years. It was approximately $800 per year. I am 58 yr and drive less that 5K miles per year. So I believe this contributed to the low cost.
I traded a 12 year old Prius for my Bronco. The dealer said they had never seen anyone do that! Good news is that my Prius trade-in was worth twice as much as just a few months ago which offset the markup on the "used" Bronco 2Dr 1st Edition with 149 miles on it. I drive less than 5000 miles...
