More than once I've thought how it would be nice to swap out ALL of this high tech JUNK that just adds cost and complexity and go low tech with a V8..... I miss my older trucks that were cheaper, more reliable and sounded better.

I called Ford performance the other day and even after the agent put me on hold to double check he wouldn't give me ANY information. Not sure why their so tight lipped now......

do a search for code orange touch up paint, there's plenty of companies around who sell it online. I was careful, took my time, and they turned out great.

I'm a plus one on this Ford did an awful job tuning the trans on the raptor sport mode. I like the way the engine responds in sport mode but the downshifts and clunks make it almost unusable..... if you've addressed these issue's I'm in.

I bought a can of code orange and a can of clearcoat and did my own....

I've 34k on mine, had it almost two years. no hardware issues but I've got a lot of complaints about the software. trans mapping in sport mode, constant warnings and reminders etc.

I like how ford has the system set up so that in order to turn data sharing off you must disable ALL data including navigation...... tell me that wasn't by design and shows their real intentions. This whole thing makes me feel like I'm at work with the company watching everything I do... IN MY...

For being tall and heavy the extra width and bracing allows it to handle VERY well. The steering is also very precise.

so, I couldn't find a video of the whole thing other than the snow guy :-) ( who doesn't like field repairs ) has anyone else seen one specific to the bronco? I just hit 30k and dont have alot of confidence in the 10r60 so I've been thinking about changing the fluid.

WOW, I didn't know ford was so cavalier with our personal data. That's collecting way too much data and goes beyond whats reasonable for an automobile. Just deleted the ford pass app, I'll be looking at the vehicle settings too. I've already had an issue once with my personal data being stolen...

They could of spent their time getting the TUNE out, or working on fixing the sport mode downshifts.....on and on....

is there ANY part of these trucks that can be worked on without a software update?????

2 years, 30k miles on my 3.0, runs like a top.....

personally, I would be happy to rip out EVERYTHING electronic, dash cluster drive train, and swap in an LS3 ( smaller cheaper etc. ). It would go 300k miles without failed modules or turbo's and be a gas to drive. I'd be perfectly happy with a Gen 1 analog dash.
