@tayyy Just checked CSX tracking and now it says it's in El Mirage, AZ which is the final destination!!! finally! Hope to get it delivered to the dealership by next week, it's been a long wait being stuck in Winslow since July 2nd...

Nothing, checked with the chat yesterday and got pushed to be delivered by August 12th also... Lost track on how many times it's been delayed already, but probably around 5 times and seems it might be going for more

Right after writing here yesterday we received an email that estimated delivery is now July 30th - August 5th like you... I am pretty sure our cars are stuck in the same train. My dealer hasn't been much helpful, they just shared the railcar number after the chat gave it to us and nothing...

What is the delivery date for you now? It's the third time they delay it for us (joining 3rd bump club) and saying by July 30th now...

Our Bronco is going to Scottsdale also, to Chapman Ford! Your rail car number is different but maybe it ends up being in the same train because CSX tells me that it arrived at Winslow, AZ July 2nd at 5pm, which is close to the location you get. Hopefully they come soon, it's been so frustrating...

Checked with the Ford chat again and seems that the delivery got pushed back from 18th-23rd July to July 30th FINAL delivery, funny how they wrote that final that nobody would trust. Frustrating process to be honest, just hope for one time we can get it earlier than these dates that they are...

That's cool! Does someone have to allow access first before you can track it? but yes i'm pretty sure once it's active you can track your car even when it's off.

Exactly, adding an Apple Airtag for only $30 would make everything so much easier to track. With all the technology that's available these days and Ford is not using any of them for the tracking...

Good news! Were you tracking with CSX? If so, was it saying like it's in a location (New Orleans in your case) for a few days and no ETA available?

Thanks for your kind replies. Good to know your experience with the Ford chat, definitely they should change the whole process of how to keep track of your delivery, it's so easy to just keep the gps on and give the owner access to track the vehicle but it seems they don't want to do this...

What is your experience with the Ford chat regarding updates? Last week they gave me the railcar number and I have been calling every day and apparently it's 3 hours away from the destination and been sitting there for 12 days now... does anyone know if my dealership should know some more...
