I couldn’t get the 15% discount to apply, ordered anyways. Chatted with Ford, who told me I could cancel my order and could reorder with the discount (but can only do so within 1 hour of the initial order), but they had no idea how or when the Ford Points I used on the original order would be...

Got it, thanks. I was getting hung up that it won't let you both use points and use the GET15 off promotion, which kind of sucks. But anything is progress.

I see where it shows how many points I have in the top right, but I get to the payment screen and don’t see an option to use points. Does that come after the credit card screen?

Same happened to us - call yesterday that it was on the lot. No notice, no nothing. Dealer was surprised it showed up. Ford's tracking still shows Awaiting Shipment. Taking delivery tomorrow. Keep the faith guys. Hopefully Ford improves this cluster in the future.

Same. Been sitting there for 2 months. Ford Customer Service is zero help. Very frustrating experience.

Still no update here, and no one at Ford or the dealer knows what is going on or when the Bronco may be shipped. Our official build email was 60 days ago...

We are still waiting here. Blend 2/25, Built 3/6, according to Ford and the dealer, it is just waiting for shipment. I cannot believe no one can get us any more detailed information as to the status or when we can expect it to arrive. Supposed to come via convoy to upstate NY.

What is your status on the tracker? Ours is on "Built", but I'm wondering if that's just a fancy way for chip hold. Ford CS has said multiple times there is no hold on our car, but who knows what to believe anymore.

Is there any information you could give us on those still waiting for Broncos to be shipped, several weeks later?

For sure. Very frustrating. No one can provide any detailed update including Ford (chat and toll number) or the dealer.

Just checked on our order. Blend 2/25, built date finally came on 3/6. Been waiting on a Convoy to upstate NY ever since. Ford chat now says there is a "convoy delay" and the updated ETA is 4/24. No apparent plant holds, just sitting for weeks and weeks waiting for a truck...

Very much want Ford to add this to the Accessories catalog....!

Not yet, still waiting for WS. Dealer says the system shows a 2/24 build.

I am tracking my dad's order, which is still scheduled for this week but no WS yet. He's been moved 7 times, originally from 12/20. Outer Banks with Lux, no sasquatch. Here's hoping this is the week!

Just a quick plug - I switched to the KR bracket and install was a breeze. I really like the adjustability on the mounts. Very happy with the look.

Interesting to see how you do this, as I'd like to relocate to the rear near the trailer hitch. If you've done this already, did you get hose and cut it to size? I'd like to use braided hose, but I don't know how difficult it is to cut and crimp an airtight fitting on a braided air line.
