Thanks! Yeah, every single sensor retainer had to be changed to one that is steel compatible. They’re even smaller on steel bumpers compared to the plastic bumper retainers.

I would encourage you to check the interior panels and see if there is rubbing where it connects internally to the fender behind the soft top mounting points. Might be an easier fix that won’t involve time spent at the dealer.

It’s definitely worth a look to pop the soft top bolt covers off and press on the interior panels around it to see if that’s a source of noise. I hope whoever thought to interlock the plastic interior with the aluminum fenders without a rubber grommet of some kind never has front row parking on...

I’m curious how this tsb will effect those of us who installed reinforcement kits prior to this dropping. My tailgate never rattled, but the plastic side panels in the cargo space click randomly and loudly when going over bumps. Now that needs a tsb yesterday 🥴

I’ve been using this on mine for a few months now. It cuts down the wind noise that rolls over the top of your head drastically, making for a much more comfortable ride. I imagine this could work with hard tops also, just don’t expect it to be anywhere near as convenient as a bimini top.
