My Bronco is in the time frame but I am not on the VIN list.
It says increased steering effort.... when it is - 30 C (- 22 F) outside, I can feel the steering wheel is much heavier than usual....

Central Canada here. I have driven in -40C/-40F. Everyday in winter is around -20C/-4F to -30C/-22F.
Remote start 10 mins helps a lot.
