  1. 2.3 Liter Sasquatch vs Non Sasquatch?!?!?!

Tried to quote them both, (Maverickboy and drex) but they both are wrong. I have a 4dr Big Bend with the 2.3 on 285/70/R17 with the 2.3 and it does fine. I'm averaging 19 MPG with a 27 mile commute each way.
  2. Washington State: What dealer are you using?

I will talk to Vancouver Ford once the build and price is up. If they don't want to deal then maybe we find a new dealer in the area.
  3. Washington State: What dealer are you using?

Strength in numbers. Once the build and price comes out I believe there will be more negotiating power. Lets keep a line of communication open.
  4. Washington State: What dealer are you using?

Trying to see if any dealers will give each of us a discount on the hold back if we draw in more reservations. No doubt our trucks will sit at the dealer for a day or two before we can pick them up due to "dealer prep", so if more potential buyers see a new Bronco on a dealer lot they will get...
  5. Why didn't Ford offer rolling rear window?

Maybe post this in the Bronco Sport forum and see if members are willing to start a petition to persuade Ford to change it.
  6. Washington State: What dealer are you using?

Currently with Vancouver Ford, but I would change in a heartbeat if a better deal could be found. A buddy and I are trying to figure out if we can get a group buy discount in the area, whether it be in Vancouver or the Portland area. So far we have three to four probable buyers if you are...
  7. Upgrade Badlands to 35" - parts and cost?

E is great for towing, not so good for wheeling. I have argued the point when someone wants to tow 10k lbs on C rated tires. So "better" is extremely subjective on this topic.
  8. Pics: 2021 Broncos on the Rubicon Trail

This picture sure makes them look alike. Look at the tread pattern on the rear of the 4 door and the front of the 2 door, especially the diagonal lines of the tread. Edit, just noticed they are both 4 doors.
  9. Can you not get 35 inch tire without the SQ package, and isn't the 2 inch lift standard?

Sorry, tried to edit the last post and hit delete. Where has the suspension change been documented? I have a res for a BL and plan on getting 33's, but would like to upgrade to 35's if wanted. I know high clearance suspension is an option, but I haven't been able to find anything that says it...
  10. Can you not get 35 inch tire without the SQ package, and isn't the 2 inch lift standard?

Wouldn't that be related to tire size more than anything else? .6" Badlands on 33's would be about half an inch shorter than the Wildtrak with 35's.
  11. Power on with key out of ignition?

So just to be clear, you are running a marine battery as the starting battery in the FJ? While that would be cost prohibitive for the daily driver, it would explain your ability to run a fridge all night. Makes sense.
  12. Power on with key out of ignition?

You go bra. Never has worked out for any boondock camper I have met based on amp usage (most of us use deep cycles), but perhaps you are the anomaly.
  13. Power on with key out of ignition?

Was the vehicle running during those 12 hours? The math is not working out for me, but I would like to buy it for my camper if that is the case.
  14. Tow capacity will keep me from switching...

I get it. I started out with a 2010 SCREW F150 with Max Tow pulling a 26ft bumper pull. It was painful, then went to an F250 with a 6.2. Hardly could tell it was there, but it was long. Now have a F350 with the 6.7 and the combination is a pain to fit anywhere, even at most BLM (the outdoor...
  15. Tow capacity will keep me from switching...

Fun has no bounds, but our wallets sure do.
  16. Tow capacity will keep me from switching...

I'm not trying to argue with you here. Even the 2020 Wrangler shows a max tow of 3,500lbs https://www.jeep.com/wrangler/specs.html. So trying to compare a vehicle with a removable top, big tires, and soft suspension to a vehicle with a full body and low profile tires creates challenges. If you...
  17. Tow capacity will keep me from switching...

Adding off road capability will reduce on road performance. Compare your 17 SCREW to a 17 Raptor, towing will change. The OB is the most road friendly Bronco I think you will find and will likely tow 5k with less white knuckles. Add a modulating swaybar, taller sidewall. and heavier equipment...
  18. Understanding the demographical Bronco buyer landscape: Manual v. Automatic Transmission

Drive an EB with three on the tree, a tired 302, four wheel drum brakes, manual clutch and steering over the Siskiyou range and then through Redding, CA in August and then get back to us. I will gladly take the auto and 2.7. We've earned our stripes.
