They never came out of the bag, hence the pictures are only in the bags, they are brand new and seem a little too big and heavy to be shipped.

Yea like Jedi said make sure the back corner is all the way in and keep it firm while you pull the side window to connect the two, they are dependent on that corner being in all the way.
