baby picture has arrived over here finally. We should be on a train somewhere in the US. I haven’t bothered to call to get the rail car number since I’ll be out of town when it likely arrives anyways and that’ll just make me more anxious to get back home to grab it.
Nothing about this process has made any sense to me. Got the shipped email after checking last night on the order track app. App said I was awaiting shipment for 2 days. Checked this morning after I got the shipped and it said that I’ve been shipped for 6 days.
I’ve had this thought several times. There are going to be builds into October that end up completed while our 9/12s (and earlier builds) sit waiting for chips. It makes no sense to me
Hopping into this thread, as ford chat finally confirmed that I’m on a chip hold. I’m bitterly laughing that they still say my estimated delivery is 10/7. It’ll be a miracle if that happens
I’m not sure if it’s necessarily convoy either. Unless I’m the outlier that’s shipping by rail but stuck in that “produced/in production” limbo.
I’ve still yet to hear anything from my dealer overall….pretty sure he gave up on the whole bronco launch after the disaster that all of this has become
So I’m in the same boat with the second status of produced. While the chat wasn’t helpful…..they did clarify that it’s not “built” when I asked. However, she had no idea what the difference between built and produced was so still in a weird limbo.
There’s an in theory eta of 10/13 though?
Also day 11 here.
WT 4 door, hard top lux and tow with rail to CA
My dealer is useless with information. I had to email him when I got scheduled and his reply “oh, would you look at that. You are scheduled.” The next time I talked to him (august) he said it would be around Christmas or after...
Well, after a chat with ford, there will be an “ETA update in the tracker on Oct 13” but my bronco has “been produced” so who knows at this point
Here’s to hoping I’ll get an update after the weekend. 9/12 blend, modules and tear tag have both popped but stuck in production on the tracker.
Have to say I’m jealous of y’all who have already shipped
