Update: After a second visit to a different dealership, it was finally confirmed that the side windows are indeed leaking due to hardtop delamination and window seal failure. It was also determined/confirmed that hairline cracks are developing around the forward lower radius of each side...
Great news! Any idea how the techs found the leaks? Maybe I can pass that along to my dealership when I go back since they can’t seem to duplicate the problem. Thanks
Hopefully, Fords involvement will help you but unfortunately it didn’t help me. I was told to bring it up with the dealership for a second time and again, they were not able to duplicate the leaks when I went in for service. So, since it can’t be duplicated at the dealership, the problem...
Appears to be from the top seam between the hardtop and the window itself. Water is somehow migrating to those points and then dripping down onto bottom rail of the hardtop.
I have a 2023 Badlands that leaks on both sides of the hard top. Dealer could not duplicate when I brought it in to be fixed…..soooo, it continues to leak.
I’m unfortunately joining this club as well. Both side windows leaking. 23, 2-door badlands less than 10K miles and about a year of ownership. Clearly leaking along the upper portion of the window seals in multiple locations. Come on, Ford - this ain’t cool.
Can anyone tell me if this is just a trim piece and if it is plastic or metal? Non-raptor modular bumpers only appear to have trim pieces that I believe are plastic, around the recovery hooks. Thanks
The angle of the C/D pillar (2 vs 4 door) is awesome…wish Ford included that design element….it’s pretty iconic to a classic Bronco. Seriously, no 2 door option?!
