Yep - my guess is they are prioritizing keeping the line running and adding the few late arriving parts as they can. This doesn't bother me ... most of these parts seem plug and play and a few months in the elements are not an issue for me. IMHIO - it's an appliance, not a shrine.

Agreed, I assume Ford schedules based on what they believe will be available during that week; undoubtably things don't work out that way sometimes better, mostly worse and people get pushed ... or God hates us, take your pick.

You might check with Ford CS to see they have the correct e-mail ... also check with your dealer to make sure they have configured their system to send you an e-mail (not just them).
