@BroncoFanTX, mine definitely has a rattle sporadicly. I’m hoping it’s fixed but we’ll see. If I do have to get it repaired again I’m definitely choosing a different dealership. Glad you got yours back and it didn’t take too long!

I got mine back last Monday. It seems ok so far. It idles a little rough and initially start up after it’s set for a while and I think sometimes I can still hear the phaser rattle. Hopefully I don’t have the issue again later down the road.

Still no Bronco. The tech finished the phasers and had everything put back together…. Then it jumped timing. Dealership said they’d know next week if there was damage. They said it’d take 3-5 days to get a long block here if I needed to have the whole engine replaced. At this point I’m not sure...

Hopefully your repair goes faster than mine has.

Went back to the dealership today. Some parts for the repair were on back order and finally came in. Problem now is the tech has two trucks in front of me that need engine swaps. My broncos been there for two months and they said it’d probably be two more weeks to get it back.

Sounds exactly like mine. Cam phasers for sure.

Just over 5k miles and mine started rattling. Been at the dealership for 6 weeks. Took 2 weeks just for them to confirm it was the cam phasers and they’re saying some of the parts are on back order till the end of the month. Hopefully you’ll have better luck when you take it in for repair.

My original ETA was 10/22-10/26 but I got an email yesterday saying delivery was pushed back to 11/3-11/9. Then today I get a text from the dealer saying it arrived today!

Hell wreck em! When I checked the chat yesterday my eta was still the original 10/22-10/26 but they had no railcar info. Checked this morning hoping to get car info and now they say it’s pushed back. I guess since it’s on csx still it hasn’t even started to head south yet.

ETA pushed way back to 11/3-11/9. I have a csx tracking number but not sure where I go to track the car?

Ford chat told me I’m in Blue Island. They couldn’t give me rail car info though. ETA is still 10/20-10/26
