See below for similar issue to yours and OP's if you haven't already seen. They seem to say it is the junction box first and then move on to PCM. Took over a month to get the PCM after they ordered. Best of luck that yours just ends up being the junction box...
Hey everyone, I wasn't forgetting to do an update, just didn't have any updates to give until now! 7 weeks after having it towed in, we finally got it back! They replaced the fuse junction box (12/19) and that was not it. A few days before Christmas, they said they were ordering a new PCM...
As of Tuesday, the dealer texted and said they ordered a "fuse junction box" and hoped to have it by this week (week of the 18th). I should hear something in the next few days. Hopefully it is "hey, it's fixed and good to go" and not "hey, that fixed one thing, but now something else is going...
Well, spoke to the dealer this afternoon and he informed me that it is an "electrical issue" and he basically had no idea how long it will take to diagnose. Stated that the bronco is "disabled" at this time. Restated that is a new to the market vehicle so they don't have a lot of experience...

For future sap issues I have had good luck just using isopropyl alcohol with a paper towel. Trick is that you have to wet a spot of the paper towel with alcohol and only wipe a few times, then wet another section of the towel, wipe a few times and repeat this process until sap is gone. If you...
