Ford went with these tires because they are 30 lbs. lighter then any other All terrain tire and thus should get better mileage as weight drops mileage.
The thread pattern has slightly more gap then an all terrain as its a Max Traction tire and less gap than a mud terrian. That gab just happens...
Ouch, hopefully you get it repaired soon? This is why I bought an ARB Summit bumper. My mom's SUV was hit by a deer on side and it did 6k in damage and ran away. Cars today are expensive to repair.
Got my Badlands Bronco towards end of January. Its a Fully loaded Cactus Grey Badlands 4 door with SAS. First off I ordered SAS only for the gearing as the 34.4" tires are a little small, but light weight improves mileage I suppose.
Features: SAS, Lux, Leather
Upgrades: ARB Summit Bumper on...
Anyone try the ARB Solis lights? I wanted to mount them to my ARB Summit bumper, but wanted to get feedback if anyone had tried them first?
thanks in advance,
Ford already reserved a name "Warthog" and IMO that should be a ford performance model for extreme rock crawling etc. Let there imaginations go wild, but don't make it extra wide like the Raptor so I can fit between tree's and rock's.
Have a pic with Radar, camera and front license plate installed? I'd like to see view though camera from inside car too? I seen one guy put a flip up plate over the winch, not sure if there is a better solution?
Yea, its turned on, it sometime works, but its very intermittent. The system in my 2019 Raptor works better, but still far below the wife's Kia Telluride. I expected the 2022 to have a better system then the 2019 for some reason?
My lane keep assist doesn't seem to work at all compared to the Raptor. I wonder when they started shipping bronco's without chips? The lights works fine but vibration in steering wheel and actual assist part don't do much if anything.
This is common with all car brands. Cars get damaged in transit, if minor they can fix, but alot of times they get scrapped. In the news there was a train accident and in the picture there was multiple bronco's, maybe yours was one of those?
In the 80's my auto shop got a free Toyota because...
if you worrieda bout MPG at all the bronco (or Jeep) is not for you. These are purpose built vehicles with low gear (poor MPG), large tires (poor MPG), body on frame (so heavier and poor MPG).
When buying a vehicle create a list of things you want that vehicle to do. Then buy the one that...
