unfortunately no matter what kind of vehicle you have, if someone wants to break in, they will. I don't store anything of value inside my vehicle for this very reason.

Check the driver and passenger side seals to see if there is gaps. My hard top has gaps that the dealer has tried to fix twice now....it causes a whistling wind noise.
4A normal will do the job just fine. I've put it into slippery once for a icy area and because I was slipping with my heavy foot.
If the roads are plowed, clean, and nothing whatsoever, I switch back to 2H.
Ignore the haters. I would be really mad too if I had surface rust on those spots as well. It's laziness on Fords part, or the dealers part if they made and adjustments after the fact.
