Yup the Bestop/Ford has the bar that stabilizes the mesh when driving so it doesn't go crazy. I only had it one for a week with no issues, removed due to vehicle sold. Was tight to me when pulling all the tie downs tight! Just waiting on a new bronco :).

Following. Looking to do the same thing or something similar for my B&O speakers.

I'm also debating on just replacing the speakers and not the AMP/SUB etc. Curious if this could be possible just replacing Front Left/Right, Center, and 2 Rear Pods. Would this provide a significant upgrade over stock B&O and could the attached speakers work in this regard? Thanks!
