Interesting. I just got mine changed today (odo 12,500 miles)at the local dealer and they used Valvoline full syn 75w-90 in front and Valvoline full syn 75w-140 in the rear. I didnāt ask them to use any specific oil.
Great advice Tabman! Several weeks ago I had an issue when I tried to change tire size and made the mistake of calling them rather than sending an email. The tech I got was neither helpful nor competent. I sent him screenshots and a video and havenāt gotten any communication or followup since...
Mine is going into the dealer soon for the wiper and 4lo camera glitch software updates. Do I need to return to stock or will the tune work seamlessly with dealer and OTA software updates?
Hereās an alternative for those who want to add a cut key at a reasonable cost. I bought a blank key online, but I couldnāt find anyone to cut it. The hardware stores did not have the right equipment for the newer keys and the locksmith/dealers insisted on only using blanks purchased through...
I just upgraded my tires to 285/70/17 and need to replace the rubber tailgate reinforcement spacers with the ones that come on squatch and badlands. Does anyone have any tips on how to easily get the existing ones off? It looks like they have a fastener like those pesky ones in the wheel well...
Thanks for the suggestion. Iāve only driven it a few blocks and the Bronco is back in the garage for the rest of the winter. Iāll post a full review there once everything gets settled in and I get some stick time with the new setup.
Back from the shop today with Black Friday specials finally installed; Ford Procal tune, FP Bilsteins and Beltech rear sway bar. The stock Grabbers are looking a bit tiny now.
Yes, their site and online support is a mess. I got locked out of my account on Black Friday and it took three weeks and numerous calls/emails to get it restored. Worst thing is the support staff took 4 days off at Thanksgiving weekend and zero support was available on Black Friday or the...
Thatās not the factory sway bar mount. Thatās higher up on the frame. The Belltech aftermarket sway bar uses those hole for their end link mount, hence itās the only rear sway bar that works on an early 21 build.
Off the lot you might want to first focus on mods that āprotectā, things like mud flaps, floor mats, ppf, ceramic coating etc. Beyond that youāll get a 1000 opinions. The Badlands is very capable out of the box and it would probably best to drive it a bit and see how you really use it. I did the...
Hereās an alternative for those who want to add a cut key at a reasonable cost. I originally went with the keyless2go blank from Amazon recommended by OP, but I couldnāt find anyone to cut it. The hardware stores did not have the right equipment for the newer keys and the locksmith/dealers...
I recently installed a Roush CAI and found this nest in the air filter box. No telling how long they were in there but I never noticed any drop in performance .
That one will rot in the lot at that price. Longer term non SAS 2 door MTs will be the worst performers in maintaining resale value, right there with 4 door manny soft tops.
Shouldnāt be a problem at all. Your spare is still probably new or just put into rotation. Put the new tire on the same axle as that one and you should be good to go.
