As a fan of green I'd say both. From those I know and talk to about car colors, most don't want a green vehicle and haven't considered one if they had one as a choice. Without demand however, manufacturers will not make a color that customers aren't looking for.

Well it's likely Ford will offer the Bronco in a shade of green at some point, just depends when it will be available, and what the shade is. It'd be nice to know that one is around the corner so people can decide whether they hold out for it or not.

Agreed, I've checked out some of the options and add-ons to get an closer approximation on price using the Sport. The Build & Price tool for the Bronco needs to get here already so I can have even harder choices to decide and make beyond the color and body style!

No one is forcing you to pick and choose what to buy, the vehicle isn't even going to be out until next year. The videos were all pre-released footage from Ford and it says they're pre-production models. At least wait and see what the options are when Build and Price tool is released for this...
