it appears to be the housing was manufactured incorrectly causing ware on the axle shafts and carrier that should not be present. it started making noise with around 400 miles took it back to dealer at just over 900.

Mines been down since November 14th. I took it in after onely having it for 4 days. Dealers says rear end is bad waiting to get new one. Last info I got was the new rear end isn't even going to be built until end of February. They already rebuilt it once.

When it's broke down for going on two months do to a drive line issue. so you make visits to the dealer to see your bronco.

Your not the only one in this boat I took delivery 11/9 and returned to dealer for a rear end issue on 11/14. Right now in not to impressed with ford at all.
