i had the same problem and installed a LC2 which converted the low input signal to RCA and it fixed my issue.

I’m only at 40% on gain. The Jl audio 4 inch only handle 35watts. The jl kick panel gain is set around 65%. I’m going to screw with it sat and toss the LC2 in there and see if that helps.

I did not do the forscan change to level everything. I did use hi level inputs on the amp. I have a LC2 but decided not to use that since amp had the hi level inputs. Wonder if LC2 would fix it and no b&o system.
