I agree. I don't think my dealer did a COVP at the time of ordering either, and mine was scheduled very quickly. I only remember reading it somewhere, that orders would not be processed without it. Can't remember where I read it at the moment.

As a side note, I recall reading that as well, that orders could not be processed without covp approval.
It shouldn't matter. You can call Ford Marketing or the dealer that you ordered through and they should be able to see any certificates / offers that are currently in the system for you.
Sounds like Ford is not honoring their word. Regardless if it is "up to my dealership", they are not handling their end by giving them the tools and proper resources to get this done.
Think it is time to make a big fuss on the social media accounts. Put some pressure on them to follow through...

No. I have not taken delivery. And while speaking to Marketing yesterday, she said DO NOT until the straighten it out and to be sure it is taken care of prior to the 31st.
