I agree. I don't think my dealer did a COVP at the time of ordering either, and mine was scheduled very quickly. I only remember reading it somewhere, that orders would not be processed without it. Can't remember where I read it at the moment.

Something else I noticed today, is that now my "order date" has changed within my Ford account. 🤔

Mine is not correct either, but in my case I believe it is the door is not set correctly. The rear door sticks out, not aligned with the front door.

It shouldn't matter. You can call Ford Marketing or the dealer that you ordered through and they should be able to see any certificates / offers that are currently in the system for you.
