This is the setup (Motion XT XXL) that Iām going with for multi-day trips when Iām hauling several pairs of skis. Picked up a pair of Ski Blocks to help keep them organized in the cargo carrier. Cargo box will also see use for family trips or I would have gone with something a little lower...
Donāt want to be a wet blanket but I think itās important to understand it normally takes a while for their orders to ship, but the quality is great. I received an in production email on my order towards the end of July. Maybe youāll get lucky and get an early delivery. š¤
Mine did arrive...
I have a couple of bags laying around and that was my plan. My problem is I to drag too many skis along not know what mood will strike me that day. š
Received notice the other day that my stirrups were shipped and should have them the middle of next week. Ordered July 4th if anyone is trying to gauge the lead time.
Can you grind down the t-slot adapter to fit? I believe the extrusion takes 1/4-20 t-nut but maybe @TrailRax can confirm. Iām sure you could run a bolt into one of those to secure it.
Another option that would probably work.

I havenāt really missed my truck yet but do have to think about what I can fit in the back of the Bronco. That issue never came up with the truck. š
If I put the narrow back seat down I can get my 188s in the back if I angle them. Not ideal but can make it work. My 165s fit straight in no...
Interesting @Molly&Moby . Might have to steel that idea for hanging fishing rods in my Bronco. I donāt know about your skis my mine are caked with snow at the end of each day and would be getting dripped on the whole way home. I general clean them off before getting on the road but there is...
Iām at 17 weeks. I emailed them two weeks ago to check in since someone posted that they had received theirs and they had ordered a few weeks after me. Was told around the end of the month. Itās around the end of the monthā¦
Kind of expensive for what they are but here is an option for boxes. Just picked up a Thule Motion XT XXL for my skis and may try these. That or a yoga mat on the bottom and the skis in bags. For local (1-2 hour) trips will probably just throw them in the back and maybe see if I can strap...
Itās pricey but 1Up makes one that can swing in either direction by flipping it. Think I will pick one up at some point. https://1up-usa.com/product/rakattach-2-0
Received mine yesterday and put them on today. Look great. Would be nice to get a Bronco in the same satin silver to match for the back. Now I just need my stirrups to come in. š
Have you thought about a bracket that would attached directly to the mod bumper without the need for the winch bracket? Obviously it wouldnāt be strong enough to support a basket/cooler but maybe just a rod holder.
Picked up my Bronco about a week ago and havenāt had the heart to see if my 11ā + 1 pieces surf rods that I built will fit in it. I know the answer. š Looking forward to seeing how it does on the beach. Checked out the X-Rack site the other day and will definitely be adding some gear...
