Got curious and built out a Rubicon just to see if it comes with a manual. It does. For $45K you can get dual lockers, 4-doors, Manual, biggest tires and V6 (and a hardrop, I figure you can't find a Rubicon with a softtop, adding other options fun options pushed it to $51K+).
