I had a similar experience with mine. It was built January 20th, after ship dates being pushed it was going to be shipped March 17th until a quality issue was discovered and it was sent back to the factory, thus missing the train. It finally shipped April 17th. Arrived at the railyard May...
It still does not show shipped. I figure the delivery date will be bumped again next week. It did show shipped on January 23rd, but when I asked the dealer for the railcar number. He replied back with VIN View showing it still at the railyard. Right after that, the check mark on shipped went...

Checked yesterday evening. Saw the built date of 1/20 awaiting shipping. Checked again and shows a forecast delivery date of 2/10 - 2/16.

I have used Greater Texas Federal Credit or aka Aggieland for every vehicle that I have financed. I will use them again for the Bronco when it gets built and delivered.
They have branches in the Houston. I have always dealt with them over the phone and online.
I went there a couple of times twenty years ago when I was working in Los Angeles. It was neat to see the trains crossing over themselves on the loop and the drive through the High Desert.
