    Thanks for the help Tex, it is really appreciated. Just an FYI, my magnetic plates can be turned around, but we are back to that "finesse", it can fit if you whack and stretch them around a bit. Seems like they are beveled on the edges to allow them to slip into place with the logo facing out.
