Yes, I installed mine a few weeks ago. I was able to do it without disconnecting the harness. Used a tall ice chest as a surface to rest the bumper on and I could do everything with it on that. Here's a pic of my Dad helping me out with it.
For tips: make sure everything works before you put...
Yeah, it's been happening to me too. Started about two weeks ago, so guessing it's an update issue. I get a random annoying buzz. Seems to happen frequently when shifting into reverse. It will buzz and the screen will freeze. The random restarts have become more common too
Thanks for reaching out. Another forum member is interested in a purchase now so I'm working with them. I'll reach out if that doesn't happen for some reason, but I think shipping would be too much trouble and too expensive.
It's not that tight. I am just cautious when opening the door when getting out.
The oil-stained cardboard isn't from the Bronco either -- it's from my girlfriend's old Explorer that got kicked out of the garage when I brought the Bronco home
Well, there are two of them in this picture but they're covered. A 2008 Fatboy and a 2017 Road Glide Special. I understand if this isn't a winning pic, though!
This started for me yesterday. It's super annoying. I just installed new Diode Dynamics lights and was wondering if it was related to that, but doesn't look that way
I can do it when I'm back at that project again in a few months. I work in renewables and took this when I visited one of our wind projects in November. Took the Wildtrak across the tilled farm field at 50mph after and it was great
This work? Couldn't get far enough away to get the nacelle and rotor in the frame.
The next challenge: Bronco next to an official roadside historic marker sign.
Two Harleys are my Wildtrak's garage mates. A 2008 Fatboy that I've ridden 40,000 miles and a 2017 Road Glide Special. The oil on the floor isn't from the Bronco. It's from the girlfriends leaky old Explorer that got kicked out when the Bronco came home
Thanks for the additional instructions! It will probably be a while before I can get them installed, but I'm looking forward to it. Should Pair 1 be the inside pair and Pair 2 the outside? I may upgrade bumpers at some point too, so hopefully can move these around later with any applicable brackets.
Just ordered a kit for my 2023 with the Capable Bumper! Bought a compressor and mount from you last year. Hopefully these are as easy to install as the compressor was.
I ordered my 2023 with the Dual Top option. I've never installed the soft top and it's sitting on its pallet in my garage. I'm interesting in selling it. Pick-up only in Chicago, though.
