For anyone who has removed their OEM crash bars to clear a larger tire, these cover the unsightly holes in the frame from doing so. Helps keep dirt and debris out of them and simply cleans up that area to look OEM-like.
Can clear up to a 37" tire. These hug tightly to the frame and we eek'd out...
Elev8 is the sister company to Stryker. Stryker specializes in 3/4-1 ton applications while Elev8 is a newer company that is dedicated to smaller applications like Broncos and Jeeps.
As for the repeating question of why these are better or members needing some kind of proof. These are stronger...
All situations are different. Anything from rock crawling, pulling up on a curb to trails. Besides the control arm pocket, the lower arms are one of the first parts to make contact with anything of certain height and I've seen the thin tubular arms buckle on contact. Plus, these look a heck of a...
The main purpose is to have a stronger arm. The 1/4" boxed steel vs the thinner tubular arm. The Raptor models come factory with a boxed arm. However, it is much thinner. Also, to make customizations available to the customers that want the looks as well as durability.

We understand the sentiment. Our covers were designed predominantly as a cosmetic upgrade to create a "FINISHED LOOK". We deliberately did not seal the crash bar end cap to provide weep holes and allow the the bar to breath. The bar that it covers is actually OPEN on the other side near the...
American's are offshore to Canada aren't we? JK of course... but still glad you found your solution... Take care.. and thank you for the help on the thread above from rdg698 regarding crash bar locations
We could be mistaken. Please confirm if those are Crash Bar End Caps or End Caps AFTER you delete the crash bar extension for larger tires. ELev8 actually paid for mold tooling for a similar non delete end cap but by the time we were ready to release them China Manufactured product had already...
Sorry for the Late reply... No there is no real issue with leaving them open. We designed and built these to add a more finished look to your Bronco. While they do keep large debris out as some have stated, "mud can still enter through our cut out logo".
They were never meant to "seal" the...
