Well I'm going to go out on a limb but I thought if this happened you disconnected the battery for say 10 minutes. Then hook back up and everything returns to factory defaults including the last pre-update program. At least this is what I had planned on doing!!!

Wow, that is terrible! Unfortunately washers aren't going to fix that issue....you have guide pins on the bottom of your top when placing it back on your Bronco so it almost has to be the top. Definitely looks like it was drilled incorrectly or not exactly aligned correctly when the holes were...
