Understanding that dyno numbers aren't everything and especially this is a daily driver, not a strip/track car... are you saying the FPP has the best "drivability"?
Thinking about pulling the trigger on a tuner and from the bit of research I've done so far the Whipple tomahawk seems to have way better numbers than the FPP or Roush in real world testing. Mainly going off Lethal Performance dyno results. Does look to be about $300 more for the Whipple, but if...
Is this by design or a re-introduced bug?
This is an old thread that seemed to get a flurry of recent activity.
Has happened to me on two different windows in the last month.
This is very similar to what I am getting that I incorrectly thought was the "cam phaser" issue. This is more like what my 5.4 did at 115k when the cam button went out and it ate a cam.
Does it come and go?
One time it sounds like it threw a rod and then it's fine.

Can you flat tow (RV TOAD) from the D-Ring mounts?
Received a skid plate instead of bumper also...
Knew something was up when I saw the UPS guy carrying it from the road in one arm.
Oh well Amazon return label goes brrrrtt.
Mine shipped also. Couldn’t find exactly what I want so a winch capable bumper for $400 figured it couldn’t be too bad. The boxy lines kind of match my RC slider steps too.
Thanks for the heads up OP. Guess I wasn’t the only one browsing the forum at 3am 😁
Saw a couple of asks about what OBD2 link works. I went with this one that is listed in compatibility on forscan.org. It's Bluetooth so I didnt have to worry about a USB-A>C converter on my Surface.
Worked great on the forscan beta and Windows 11. No drivers to load or connection issues. Also...
