I do easy on easy off with the JCR winch plate. 6 bolts on each side. An impact wrench makes it easy. I swap out stock recovery hooks with the JCR ones and bolt the winch plate on. I keep the winch permanently mounted to the JCR plate.
I installed a Wern quick disconnect plug.
I can't accurately say which lower gears. Shifting can be tricky if I'm aggressive and then back off and on again indecisively. Probably not articulating this well. It learned my driving style, or I got more confident driving it.
I found on my Raptor it only shifts harsh if I confuse it with quick back and forth on accelerator. It's a race mode. Let it do its thing. I love love love sport mode with Baja exhaust down shifts sound awesome.
I’ll second that I know of 2 people at a bronco meet up that told the same story. Both guys had less than 1K when it happened. Wasn't loose at the battery it was else where.
