    Probably late to the party, but I've had no problems with my Rough Country winch mount, winch and Ditch lights purchased from them. JCR Offroad is another story...never again!

    Use I had similar issues and it took just shy of a month to get my jcr roof rack. I'll never do business with them again! Wrong parts, instructions for a Jeep wrangler, no customer support Etc.
