  1. Window Rattle

I was at the dealer in mid-December for a full window adjustment by their "window specialist", and was told they are no longer adjusting windows and waiting for Ford to release a solution. My windows only rattle when opening and closing the doors. Its one of the first things people comment on...
  2. Tailgate Folding Table/Vault Installation

Well....I stripped one screw and/or snapped the aluminum insert at the bottom right corner on panel because of the issue noted in the previous comment. I had to rig together with some zip ties. Thoughts on how I can extract that screw? part of the aluminum insert that snapped off is attached to...
  3. Anyone make Plastic Bed Rail Caps?

I just installed and these seem to fit and look great. Per IAG, protector intended to be used with soft top, but "compatible" with hard top with a minor alteration. I had to drill/cut a hole in each rubber protector for one of the hardtop position pins. Have not reinstalled top, so fingers...
  4. Seat Back Net - Anyone replace or repair it yet?

How did this all shake out. I want to remove backseat netting altogether and maybe just do molle storage bag. Netting is garbage and I already had netting tear on side door. Replaced with aluminum molle sleeve.
  5. Fully Line-X the whole bronco

cosmetic. Looking at this hood. Sweet ride
  6. Ford Bronco ARB BASE Rack – First Look!

    This does look awesome.
  7. Kuat Pivot 2 - Which Swing Direction is Best

I have the P2 swinging to passenger side. Works great, and as noted above, I have clearance with my bike. Only thing that would give me pause is if I were rolling on larger/beefer tires and a larger spare may touch bike with swing gate and rack fully open. Also, not sure I want rack and swing...
  8. Bronco Achilles Heel - Hardtop build quality

Anyone have any luck or have any suggestions with escalating warranty claims at Ford? Dealing with Ford customer care team and local Ford dealers has been frustrating to say the least. I have been to two dealers and now considering a third because they care more about their bottom line that...
  9. Bronco Achilles Heel - Hardtop build quality

One additional note, the OEM front right panel to purchase out of pocket is nearly $2000.....
  10. Bronco Achilles Heel - Hardtop build quality

I hear you and agree that it is not an optimal design and looks like garbage.
  11. Bronco Achilles Heel - Hardtop build quality

there is a gap to let panel "channels" drain.....
  12. Bronco Achilles Heel - Hardtop build quality

UPDATE: After waiting over two weeks I had to try another dealer's collison center. First dealer's collision group took pics and told me collision manager would need to review and approve once he was back from vacation. After three follow-up calls, I was told dealer was not filing any warranty...
  13. Brakes Failure on highway - known issue according to dealership?

Man, I bet that made your butt pucker. Nice work getting out of that situation unscathed. I just had my '22 2.7L light up like a Christmas tree with various brake and other error warnings when I started it up to run an errand. They cleared when I shut it down and restarted. But now I anxious...
  14. Bronco Achilles Heel - Hardtop build quality

I do not envy Ford's position. I believe they the had good intentions with the modular design, with the goal of making it easier to remove/configure in pieces. Removing front and mid panels is a breeze, and front two panels are off and bagged in minutes. I wish Ford would have included a storage...
  15. Bronco Achilles Heel - Hardtop build quality

I hear all of you, and agree. I did just notice some very "micro" cracks in same panel, but I have read on other threads that after market paint job is labor intensive, hard to protect and can easily chip on contact edges unless protectant film is applied.
  16. Bronco Achilles Heel - Hardtop build quality

New to this Forum. I was excited to get my Bronco (definitely worth the wait), but my main concern (i.e. build/design/QC inline with sticker price) with getting a hard-top bronco reared its ugly head. I looked the vehicle over thoroughly when I took ownership. Happened to catch bird eye view of...
