That's disappointing! There's only 2 dealers I would look at for Ford in the Phoenix area: Sanderson or Autonation North Scottsdale. I went with Autonation but tried Sanderson first but they had so many orders ahead of me. Either one of them though would not do any add-ons others would charge.

My MT HE had 19 on it when I checked it on arrival.

UPDATE. Dealer emailed me today and my rebate for my Private Offer was approved! Ford should get this figured out at delivery, but they didn't. Hopefully the check is in the mail now. Keep at it if you have a private offer due to you!

Makes sense. Seems Ford could give more options. Personally, I would have liked to see all Heritage models in flat "colors" - not grey or metallic. Would have been unique to the trim.

Right?! I spent all day yesterday doing clay bar, polishing, and ceramic coating mine. Those stripes are definitely hand done. One of mine is a bit crooked but I'm sure no one else can notice but me!

I did call the program HQ number and the dealer has to submit with the order and cert. Not sure the process. There was no paperwork I filled out for it.

Tim - Thanks for this and the help! Through that number I was able to get my Cert# under program 38644. Not sure I will be able to get it picked up today but everything should be applied now. My dealer had opened a ticket with Program HQ and through the regional Ford rep.
