  1. Need Aftermarket Upper Control Arms?

Agree. It looks like they only set the toe.
  2. Leveling a Hoss 3.0 Wildtrak

Yes. The thickness of the individual components are .29" on the round discs and .265" on the bottom spacer. So the total sum of the parts added .625" to the strut using both discs and the bottom spacer. That measurement translates to about a 50% increase in ride height at the tire to get the...
  3. Leveling a Hoss 3.0 Wildtrak

When I bought the truck a year ago, I was looking to level it because it had a lot of rake and while I'm not rake averse, this was over an an inch. I bought the Rough Country leveling kit before they added a note that it didn't fit Hoss 3.0 models. I read some had success with a 2.5" lift that...
  4. Leveling a Hoss 3.0 Wildtrak

Thought I'd post this up as a teaser of what I did in my dive to leveling a Hoss 3.0 with existing lift options. I'll be back later to go into the nuts and bolts and perches and pucks. In stock trim, my '23 was about 1.5" higher in the rear at the fenders just before I did this. Truck is a...
  5. Installed my LOD rear bumper and license plate mount.

How long did it take y'all to get your bumpers? I'm coming up on 4 months since I ordered miane and I've sent 2 e-mails in the last month and responses both claimed shipping within days, which have turned into bullshit lies. I'm about fed up with this company and ready to file a complaint on...
  6. Ford Performance tune - updating versions?

Firmware updates update the flash tool. These updates happen rather routinely. That doesn't mean the calibration has changed.
  7. Ford Performance tune - updating versions?

Because the tune is C.A.R.B. certified and the amount of money involved to re-certify any changes to the tune, I would say the tunes do not get updated, except for some extraordinary circumstance.
  8. 2.7L and 3.0L engine NHTSA probe expanded -- defective fractured intake valves issue [WARNING: NO TROLLING]

Instead of 709,000 units, your population of potentially defective parts is something like 8.5 million intake valves. It only takes one valve to fail to destroy the engine.
  9. RPG Wildtrak HOSS 3.0 Spring Perch Collar

No, it's been too hot for me do anything, but I think I'm going to install the RC 1" spacer instead of the spring spacer. I'm not likely to do anything until September, unless the next ice age commences before then.
  10. 23 Wildtrak Ford Dealer unable to install the Ford Performance tune

Makes two of us. Has your dealer performed an update on the tuner?
  11. Test Drive question for Wildtrak owners

It's not bad in stock trim, but a tune really unleashes the torque these twin turbo engines are capable of producing. I think the turbos are too small to make any big difference in top end power. I test drove mine for a day, and if transport mode was still active, I never noticed any...
  12. IOS Carplay broken to the point of being unusable

I have had no issues with my Bronco, but my 2021 Shelby is having all sorts of problems. You might see if there is a Sync update and upgrade to it. Also perform a master sync reset. The procedure is in the owner's manual. If neither work and you still have a warranty, make it the dealer's...
  13. Best 35" Street Tire: But MT Look, terraincontact?

Are you saying the Goodyear M/T has a harsh ride? If you are, try riding in a Bronco with Hoss 3.0. It's not the tires. Like mentioned, tire pressure could help. Try 35 psi all around. I'm still running 41 psi and with the Hoss 3.0, it's a very smooth, comfortable ride.
  14. Total loss... 🤦🏼‍♂️ Engine bay fire burned down my Bronco

Did you notify Ford of this mishap, and if so, were they interested in trying to determine what happened?
  15. Are Tie Rods really THAT big of an issue for Broncos?

Shit happens! The fact anyone is breaking these is testament to a weak link. Start loosening the torque limits on these engines with tuners and what not, and you may see more instances of breakage. I've seen guys break more shit when they didn't know what they were doing, than seasoned...
  16. JB4 + Ford Performance Tune ?

I'm running both the Procal and JB4 on my 2023 2.7. Highest boost I'm seeing on the factory gauge is just under 15 psi on map 2. I've been running boost for about 30 years and while you may be able to run boost over 18 psi on pump gas, you're fighting the octane and gutting the ignition timing...
  17. Best HP and sound for $$$, Borla S type, Gibson, MBRP or Flowmaster FX

I'm not familiar with your exhaust system, but if you have room to add a bigger muffler there are lot of options from a universal prospective and might cost you $100 or so. I ran a 3" MBRP cat back on my F-150 and I had both the largest straight through oval Magnaflow made plus a resonator. It...
  18. Why no Performance Calibration for the 2023 Ecoboost?

The only graph I've seen is the one published on Ford Performance's website and it shows the stock horsepower at ~330 hp. That's Ford published horsepower for 93 octane, and would be a 50 hp pickup from the advertised horsepower rating on 87 octane. I don't think you're going to see the...
  19. Low power from a dead stop

The turbo has to spool up before it can make any power, which is hard to do from 600 rpm. You might try power braking and seeing if that does anything for you.
  20. SPD Downpipe Install - review

I hope to do my SPD install this week. I don't really want to cut the factory pipes out of there. Did you try to get them out intact first?
