The trick seems to be to call the regular 1800 number and once you get through the 30 minute hold process ask to be transferred to "new vehicles". They escalated, called me back and in two days I had a build email.

6/30 blend and just received built email after raising hell with customer service over two weeks. Finally got to someone that escalated the issue up the chain. I believe my Bronco was one of the four or five June blends left on the mountain.
