Did a couple small things on the Bronco. Had some Ford points to spend, so I bought some vinyl graphics for the hood and bottom side rockers. Also added some IAG grill lights. Pretty happy with both mods so far.
I also installed the ADV fender flares last week and loving them. In my opinion...
Agreed about both brackets basically being the same in terms of clearance.
I'm running the Eibach 2.0 but am running about 4" of lift, so I'm hoping I don't have the compression clearance issue. I'll find out next time I stuff the rear passenger haha.
Interesting. While it does have a different mounting orientation, the track bar is still sitting in the same location (above the OEM position)and I imagine would have the same clearance issue with the frame for suspensions that compress too much.
I'm starting to wonder what does at this point lol. PWillette was gracious enough to send me the bracket for the cost of shipping (thank you again!), so I installed it and will see if it makes contact the next time I have a chance to go off-road. I think with my 4" lift I should be ok.
Yeah, I think that is what PWillette above was referring to as well. I'm going to most likely order it and give it a shot. I feel like I have tons of clearance with the 4" lift.
Thanks!
Thanks, I think you have a good point about the lift height. Perhaps I was too focused on the compression requirement and didn't take into account the overall lift height. Guess it's worth a shot to find out
Thank you. The link posted above states the same ☹️ appears I'm out of luck as I would venture to guess brackets from other companies would have similar requirements.
Thanks for the link! I was searching all of the relocation bracket links instead. My search skills aren't up to par today haha.
It seems based on the info in that thread that the compressed length is out of spec for the bracket.
Wonder if I'm just out of luck for a relocation bracket then...
I did search other threads but out of the dozens I've read none noted if they would work or not.
My thoughts behind emailing RockJock first is because it is their product and they specifically note the clearance. Figured they may know. But good point on emailing Eibach directly as well. That...
Hi all, I have my Bronco 4 Door (non-Sasquatch) lifted 4" using Eibach 2.0 coilovers.
On RockJocks site they specify that if your shocks compress to a length less than 18.15" then the bracket can hit the frame.
Does anyone run this bracket with the Eibach 2.0 coilovers or know if they compress...
