No you donāt need the cutout. Just need to attach the brackets from Colorado canyon enthusiasts directly to where the side pieces of the rack screw to the front of the wind deflector. Itās a perfect match
This is the link to what I purchased. Itās crazy how cheap it is for the quality, fit, strength

I have not had any issues but I also have never been fully flexed. There is approximately 3.5ā between UCA and first point of contact being the reservoir hose fitting. Based on the arc needed to make contact it would put my tire beyond its travel capacity anyway. But perhaps someone else has...
Yeah I agree that would be ideal. Oddly enough though I donāt notice any gear shift issues at speed and stepping on it. Itās the funnest thing Iāve ever driven. Much better than my 250 diesel
I live in Tampa FL though. I built this for more practical application in my area. Dirt roads but mostly flats to camp sites and a ton of highway driving. If I lived in a different part of the country I agree would basically be useless unless I upgraded the rear axle etc.
Yeah I was actually running the pre runner prior and I couldnāt get passed the fact that the way it mounted to the bumper seemed more aesthetic and not functional. Looks great though
Oh for sure. When the time comes all of those items will need to be upgraded. Iām not under the illusion they will hold up for an extended period of time although I donāt go really hard fortunately.
Yeah great shape and fit and actually functional with multiple mounting points (tow hook frame, bumper, and thru grill to body above radiator mounting) Middle grille can be removed for more camera view and they do offer sensor relocation brackets if you prefer to keep that function
Got on Amazon called Muslogy. Mine was a matte finish but they also have a gloss dark wood. The kit comes with the center console switch plates and door handles. Some of the bigger pieces looked more fake but the switch panels and front bezel look pretty good. More of a temp solution until...
Mine was not SAS. However I do believe you can use the Belltech adjustable coilover lift on sas equipped broncos. That lift can be tuned up to 7.5ā . I know it canāt be used with the hoss 3.0 and 4.0 systems but 2.0 should be good to go
Very impressed by the quality of your rack. Super easy to install and honestly looks fantastic. No extra wind noise compared to my light barā¦easy to take panels offā¦.very happy
Agreed 100%. Iāll be honest with the piggy back tuner I feel no sluggishness. If I were to go serious offroad I can already tell where the failure points are. But the truck drives better than ever. Iām pretty impressed with what some of the stock components can do for my lifestyle. Those...

They will customize whatever you can think of and send you renderings to confirm. Everything is aluminum and has weight to it. Great quality. Peel and stick.
For right now everything stock 3.73 with standard steering box. Have zero issues on highway or light trails. Plan is to regear and upgrade front differential and cvs etc but honestly no struggle at all. Lift and tires been on for 15k miles
Got them off Etsy. Had the passenger one say BRONCO Babe for the wifey. They are neoprene like a wet suit so look and feel great. Link below
