Ford Chat told me mine is at rail yard in MI. My dealer sent me an image of a map that shows my car on a train going through Louisville Kentucky right now. So apparently Ford Chat is behind update wise.
So, I finally received the good news this week that my Bronco has shipped and is on its way to my dealership! As I thought back on this whole process of ordering and tracking, I realized there is a lot that I have learned, and I would have loved to have known a lot of this information sooner...
My sales guy said āWe used to give the customer the rail car number but since the number changes every time the train changes tracks we donāt give it out anymore.ā The number doesnāt change so IDK what heās talking aboutā¦
Iāve heard people have been able to get the number from the Ford Chat so...
Itās finally happening!!! Oh man this is going to be a long 2ish weeks. Going to try and get train car number from my dealerā¦ I wonder how many times a day Iāll be checking the trains statusā¦. š

Itās times like this when I wish I had access to the back door tracker (I never made reservation, was one of the lucky few who placed a retail order). My tracker still doesnāt show any delivery estimate. Would be interesting to see if back door link showed something different.
Question for anyone who has a delivery estimate on their tracker. Did that appear once your tracker changed to "built", or did the estimate not show up until the tracker changed to "shipped"?
Oh interesting! Well you are not alone. Definitely no certificate for me. I would have even accepted just a participation award after going through this whole process š.
The real prize will be accepting delivery of the Braptor!
