Had some leftover plywood from hurricane covers for the house windows. Cut and spray painted a cargo area cover. Ink blue spray paint color. Added metal straps underneath for rigidity. Foam table edge guard on sides to calm the rattles.
I bought a set of OBX takeoffs once and was told the TPMS were included. They were not. I had the same issue that you have as soon as I installed them. Buyer beware. Had to get new sensors installed.
OEM Big Bend and Outer Banks wheel and tire takeoffs are both 32” and can probably be purchased cheaper than buying 5 new tires for your base steel rims. Look on the forum or Facebook marketplace. Make sure to ask if TPMS sensors are included since that will impact your total replacement cost.
I’ve had the window rattle issue since day 1 but only on the front passenger. The repair is a “kit.” Will they only address the front passenger or will they address both front doors?
The RCI engine skid is much more narrow than the plastic OEM. Check my post for pics and comparison on size. It might work for your case.

My favorite… “driving too fast for conditions.” It’s a Florida statute and I get the intent. But, I’ve been warned with that as an “excuse” when it was a huge subjective stretch of the imagination.
Unless you have the standard transfer case. The “non advanced” 4wd transfer case uses different plug bolts with washers. At least from the factory. They may be interchangeable but they are not the same.

Changed the rear differential fluid today. 26777 miles. Stayed with factory cover and gasket for this time. Thanks again to all the information in this thread. I have very little to add to the conversation but will comment on a few things. Fluid was dirty but not as bad as my front differential...
